Janaklali is an online platform dedicated to showcasing and selling authentic handmade Mithila Art (and other diverse items) created by artists. Each artwork is handcrafted and may contain slight variations that reflect its uniqueness.

2. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, dimensions, and prices are accurate. However:

• Since all artworks are handmade, minor variations in color, texture, and design may occur.
• Actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays and photography.
• Dimensions provided are approximate and may have minor variations.

These variations are not considered defects.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Payments must be completed through the payment methods available on our website.
• For Custom or large orders, you'll directly be taken to the order confirmation page, our team will then contact you for payment.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order.
• Limit quantities purchased.
• Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe specified on the product page.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Janaklali is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect information may be charged to the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade and unique nature of our artworks:

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
• Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Customers may be required to provide photographs of the item and packaging for verification.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

Customized, commissioned, or personalized artworks are non-refundable unless damaged during transit.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including artwork images, photographs, logos, text, graphics, and designs, is the property of Janaklali or the respective artists and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without prior written permission.
• Use artwork images for commercial purposes without authorization.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright ownership unless explicitly stated in writing.

Users agree not to:
